Origin:
In the fall of 1991, Ivan Arbouzov came to America from Russia to pursue a dream of owning his own international business. By that summer, he created the All Russia Co., a company that imported goods from Russia, normally toys and model kits. By 1993, the San Francisco-based business added a new partner and a new name: BAS Trading Group. By this time, the company saw a demand for night vision in America and BAS Trading Group started importing Russian night vision devices. Dissatisfied by the unreliable product quality, BAS Trading Group started production of its own line of optics, Sibir Optics, in a Russian factory. In 1995, the business moved to Mansfield, Texas and in 2004, the company was restructured to form Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide.
